The week of Valentine's Day, we predicted how many Brach's candy hearts we could hold in our hands and tested our prediction to find out the truth. Every student who made a guess was able to hold that many hearts!
ON February 18, Officer Schmid and Detective Hughes visited our classroom. We got to crawl through the police car!
Playing with dress up clothing!
During 'Farm animals' week, we discussed the types of animals found on a farm. We also discussed that cows give us milk and we graphed what type of milk was our favorite!
During 'Dr. Seuss' week, we read Green Eggs and Ham and tried green eggs!
After reading The Foot Book, the students explored different textures with their feet! Taking off their socks and shoes was something that we don't get to experience often at school. They got to step on play dough and in a bucket of corn!
